What do you like best?
The customer experience is by far the best part. The return portal is clean, fast, and easy to navigate, which makes the process hassle-free for customers. On the backend, the automation saves our team a ton of time, and the ability to encourage exchanges instead of refunds has positively impacted our revenue.
What do you dislike?
While overall it’s a great platform, some of the customization options could be expanded, especially when it comes to tailoring the return flows for more complex scenarios. Additionally, deeper reporting or more flexible data exports would be helpful for more advanced analysis.
