What do you like best?

The ease of use and flexibility stand out the most. The dashboard is intuitive, and the app store gives us access to just about any feature we need. We also love how quickly we can launch new products or make updates without relying on developers.

What do you dislike?

Some of the more advanced customizations require apps or developer support, which can add up in cost over time. It would be great to see more built-in features included in standard plans. Additionally, reporting could be more robust out of the box for deeper insights without needing third-party tools.

What do you like best?

Shopify offers me a user-friendly interface that lets me run and show a store for clients to buy what we have on offer. It also helps me to combine several marketplaces under one source. Shopify offers a range of themes to precisely match our tastes and preferences for styling our stores.

What do you dislike?

While very flexible and extensible with apps in their App Store, it would be nice if a few more features became built-in instead of having to rely on 3rd-party apps and additional subscriptions.

Incredibly powerful ecommerce platform, the industry standard, and for good reasons.

What do you dislike?

The costs for addons/extensions can get out of hand very quickly, and although its not directly regulated by Shopify, soaring extension costs for simple/basic functions reflects poorly on the overall value of the platform. Support is abysmal, if it doesn't exist in a knowledge base article or their forums, you're basically on your own.

What do you like best?

It is useful for someone who is not extremely technical. Overall, Shopify makes e-commerce accessible and scalable. It’s a great choice for anyone looking to launch or grow an online store.

What do you dislike?

Shopify is a powerful platform and has made running an online store much easier, but there are a few areas that could be improved. Some of the more advanced features require third-party apps, which can add up in monthly costs quickly. It would be great if more of those capabilities were built directly into the platform.
