Fantastic converged shipping platform with real long term cost-saving benefits
What do you like best?
ShipStation's push for using a prepaid account (which they make very straighforward to get setup on) means GREATLY reduced shipping costs for your business, regardless of sales channel. It's also really, really nice to have one consolidated system of truth for shipping label generation as well, rather than several different workflows for outbound packages.
What do you dislike?
Support. Reaching a real resolution when you encounter a technical or setup issue can be extremely frustrating. You really have to work to find a way to get your issue in front of a pair of eyes, and even then, you're bombarded with links to articles that aren't really relevant to the issue you're experiencing until you push back enough times to finally get a ticket escalated. Very frustrating, very time consuming, but ultimately worth dealing with for how solid the platform is ovreall.
